Why are we offering this?
SEO is a long term project, it’s a lot of consistent work to get the best possible results. One major stumbling block for clients is how much it costs prior to getting these results, therefore a lot of trust is required between client and SEO supplier. By offering this you no longer need to trust the SEO supplier, we need to perform as promised to get paid.
Our Answer, work closely with fewer but more serious clients, define and reverse the risk so they only pay for actual results.
How does it work?
We are not totally naive and expect all clients to pay based on a promise. So we have designed a simple agreement that you pay our fee to your solicitor on a monthly basis, to be held in trust. Your solicitor will supply a monthly report to us confirming the payment has been made.
This total amount is to be released to us when the goals have been reached within the time frame promised.
How much?
$1,650 per month payable when the stated target is reached. Namely your website being in the top 3 positions of Google’s page 1 for your industries high traffic keywords that we supplied in our initial report.
$1,650 for 6 months or more, that’s a lot of money!
Yes that’s correct it is, unless we can prove to ourselves and you that being in the top positions in Google will be a major financial benefit we will not expect you to go ahead and in reality we will not take on the job.
For example, using the keyword “solar panels” in Australia we see the following information:
There is approximately 22,200 exact searches (if you’re not sure what “exact searches” means please visit our website www.melbourne-internet-marketing.com and watch the video on the home page) for “solar panels”(keyword) in Australia every month. Being one of the top 3 positions for this keyword alone will bring around 9,000 highly targeted visitors to your site every month. The SEO value of this position is over $60,000/month based on traffic generated and adwords cost for a similar position.
So you can easily see that the total cost of the SEO will pay for itself in less than 1 week when we get your website to the 1-3 highest positions on Google for this keyword.
I’m not in the solar industry but I’d assume there would be a profit of at least $200 in a residential solar panel and a lot more in commercial applications. A very low conversion rate of 0.5% (one in 200) would generate a profit of $9,000 per month plus any commercial jobs. Increase the conversion rate to 5% (1 in 20) and the profit increases to a very healthy $90,000 per month.
How do I know that it’s worth it?
We will supply a report for you showing what targeted traffic a number 1 to 3 position in Google will provide to your website. We will also supply you the approximate value of these positions compared to pay per click i.e. how much you’d have to pay to get a similar result.
How long will it take?
Average time frame is 6 months but with very high competition keywords it could take up to 12 months. We will advise you of this prior to commencement.
How much work will be done and by who?
In reality you will have 2 full time staff working on your site for 10 hours / 5 days per week (Monday to Friday). The skills of staff include professions coders, software engineers, professional copy writers, SEO professionals, designers and professional animators.
All work is done in-house and totally monitored.
How do we contact you?
As a premium client you will have constant contact via our online chat (website), Skype (voice and text), mobile phone for urgent requests and of course email. Our hours of business are from 11am till 9.30pm eastern Australian daylight savings time.
What about my website design and functionality?
We have web designers, coders and graphic artists on staff so small changes to your website are included. However if you’d like a totally new website or a serious make over, we will quote this and add it to your account payable under the same conditions i.e. when we reach the promised target in the time quoted.
What happens after you achieve the initial target and our website is on position 1-3 of Google?
The hard job is getting your website there, but of course it doesn’t stop. At this time you will need some maintenance SEO which we are happy to do for you or you can use another supplier, this is totally your choice. We hope you will stay with us but you’re not under any obligation to.
How do we get started, what is required?

We will then research and report back to you with actual figures similar to above but with more detail. Stating recommended keywords, why and time required to reach top 3 positions.
Obviously this is not openly available as we can only offer this work a very limited number of clients due to staffing levels. As stated above you will have the equivalent of 2 full time staff working on your project 10 hours a day, 5 days per week.
This will give us both a reality check plus good information to make an informed decision. There is no charge for this.
To get started there are 2 simple agreements, one between yourself and us the other between ourselves and your solicitor. These need to be agreed to, signed and sent back.
Once the paperwork is received work starts immediately and will not stop until we reach our stated goals.

- FTP details of your website
- CPanel access to your site
- Open communication channel to yourself or your sales/PR/promotions manager.
